TEAM - Stacey L. Mann, Vice President, Talent Development
 Stacey leads the agency’s talent development program, focused on recruiting, training, career development and retention. In this role, Stacey created several new initiatives for the company including a new hire orientation program and a structured training and development program, which includes biweekly workshops that are designed to help employees sharpen their skills and prepare for promotion. She also oversees the agency’s mentoring program and performance review process which are focused on facilitating career advancement for every staff member. Most importantly, Stacey looks to nurture a culture that supports long-term staff retention through opportunities for continual growth and company-wide recognition for excellent work, including high client satisfaction scores, influential media stories and teamwork.
Over the last 15 years, Stacey has managed PR programs for a variety of information technology and clean technology companies; professional services organizations and major consumer brands. Stacey has also been instrumental in the communications programs for more than a dozen acquisitions and has supported companies through the IPO process. A former president of Toastmasters, Stacey combines her public speaking and media relations skills to lead executive media training and presentation training sessions.
Throughout her career, Stacey has demonstrated a creative approach to storytelling through not only the media and analyst communities, but also direct to customers, prospects, partners and employees. This creativity, combined with her depth of industry knowledge and commitment to impeccable work, are the driving forces behind her success in long-term client retention. PR industry groups including PRSA, IABC and LACP have recognized these successes with awards for media relations, marketing communications, writing and creativity.
Before Greenough, Stacey worked for five years at The Headline Group in Atlanta (now part of Edelman Worldwide). She graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a bachelor's degree in Economics.
