TEAM- Scott Bauman, Vice President
With 15 years of PR and marketing experience, Scott brings direct corporate experience, as he served as the director of PR and Internal Communications at Avid Technology, the industry leader in software and tools for making television and news shows, commercials and major motion pictures. While at Avid, Scott helped design the marketing strategy to introduce the company's next-generation of products and reinvigorate its corporate brand.
Scott has also designed and implemented brand-building campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including Ernst & Young, General Motors, Deloitte & Touche Consulting, Groove Networks (now part of Microsoft) and Avon Products. As vice president at Weber Shandwick Worldwide, Scott led the team that launched Ernst & Young's multi-billion dollar e-Business offering. Subsequently, when French-based consultancy Cap Gemini acquired Ernst & Young's consulting division in 2001, Scott and his team developed and implemented the communications strategy to launch the newly combined entity and build its new global brand.
In addition to his work with large global companies, Scott has extensive experience building award-winning communications campaigns for small to mid-sized companies. Scott's clients have included emerging technology/e-commerce companies, law firms, financial services institutions, professional services firms and consumer goods manufacturers. Scott has a bachelor's degree from Hobart College and a master's degree in public policy/affairs from the University of Maine's Muskie School.
